MADEIRA BEACH RENTAL RESERVATIONS

Option 1 (ELECTRONIC):
1. Check availability calendar.
2. Print out and complete sections 1 and 2 of agreement (HTML | PDF) to make sure you have no questions.
3. Click to send electronic deposit and we will hold dates for you.


4. Scan and email completed, signed agreement to andythierry@aol.com or fax to 610 365-8265. We must receive the agreement and deposit to guarantee your reservation.
5. We will send a confirmation as you noted you prefer on the agreement and keys will be sent via mail to you.

3. Contact us at 610-614-1524 or email to confirm dates and request a five day hold for us to receive your agreement and deposit. Ask us to verify your calculations on the agreement if you have any concerns.
4. Send agreement and deposit (check) to address as shown on agreement. We must receive them within five days or we will release dates for other tenants.
5. We will send a confirmation as you noted you prefer on the agreement and keys will be sent via mail to you.

Rates quoted are for 4 guests. Additional guests: $70 per week, per guest. Children under 5: free of charge. Maximum total guests allowed: 6.

$90 cleaning fee. Balance is due one month prior to occupancy. For more information see our agreement contract.

Check-in time: 3:30 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Rental fees are in US funds
and taxes are extra.
$300.00 deposit required to
secure a reservation.

If a hurricaine warning is issued during your stay and you decide to leave, a refund will be issued for the balance of your unused stay.
